Access to Wellness

Access to Wellness funds are meant to leverage existing resources and partnerships to support individuals who often present within multiple systems. The overarching goal is to support community tenure, successful recovery, and positive long-term outcomes for individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness. 

ONLY INDIVIDUALS FROM COSHOCTON, GUERNSEY, MORGAN, MUSKINGUM, NOBLE, AND PERRY COUNTIES ARE ELEGIBLE FOR THESE FUNDS. If you are not from one of our six counties, please reach out to your ADAMHS Board to inquire about funding. You can find a list of Ohio ADAMHS Boards here.
