Housing, Recovery, and Support Services

The Mental Health & Recovery Services Board supports a network of recovery housing, transitional housing, and supportive services across Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, and Perry Counties. These programs provide safe, stable housing and coordinated supports for individuals and families affected by substance use disorders, mental illness, or involvement with the criminal justice system, helping them build stability, recovery, and independence.

Women in Substance Use Recovery

These programs provide safe, sober housing and structured support for women working toward long-term recovery.

  • Serves women actively engaged in substance use recovery

  • Transitional, sober living environment

  • Private bedrooms with shared living spaces

  • Certified Ohio Recovery Housing Level 2

  • Serves adult women (18+) in residential substance use treatment

  • Priority for pregnant women and IV substance users

  • Allows infants (18 months and younger) to stay with their mothers

  • 30-45 day residential treatment program with medical and clinical support

  • Level 3 Recovery House with on-site support
